April 2    Lucas County Central Committee meeting is scheduled for 6 pm at the Teamsters Hall located at 435 S Hawley. All those who were ELECTED,  PLEASE ATTEND!

April 3    Commissioner Tina Skeldon Wozniak’s Annual Spring Fling Fundraiser will be held from 5 – 7 pm at the Toledo Club at a suggested donation of $100 which admits 2. Come support Tina & celebrate before The Mudhens home opener!!!!

April 3    Angela Zimmann Townhall Meeting in Upper Sandusky will be held at Upper Sandusky High School located at 800 N Sandusky Avenue from 6 – 8 pm. SHe is a Lutheran Minister, Professor at BGSU, on the Ohio School Board and a GREAT DEMOCRAT. She worked to defeat Issue 2 is running to represent us in Congress in the 5th District!!

April 5    35th Birthday Party for Joe McNamara will be held at the Toledo Club in the Corinthian Room on the 4th Floor from 5 – 7 pm. Suggested contribution is $50. Come help Joe celebrate his birthday!!

April 14    UAW Civil & Human Rights Committee & MSVMC Cultural Diversity Committee invite you to participate in the RAINBOW Tea at UAW HALL Local 12 located at 2300 Ashland Ave from 2 – 4 . Tickets are $10 & are available from any committee member or at the UAW.

April 21    LCLAA Greater Toledo Chapter Annual Banquet Fundraiser will be held at Teamsters Union Hall located at 435 S Hawley beginning at 5 pm, dinner at 6 and program at 6:45pm  for a cost of $20 per person or $35 per couple. RSVP to Claire Ernst at 419.243.3456 x 2.

April 24    John Tharp Candidate for LC Sheriff sponsored by Don Harbaugh & Rick Salem will be held at Rick’s City Diner located at 2633 West Bancroft from 5 – 7 pm at a suggested donation of $100.

April 27    Teresa Fedor Annual Steak Dinner will be held at the American Legion Post 553 located at 206 South Byrne Rd from 4:30 – 7 pm at a cost of $20 (if you RSVP before April 23rd)  and after April 23 the cost will be $25. There will be kids meal (all beef hot dog) for $5.
