What we’ve been up to…
Aug 9th
Members Sky Beckwith, Carrie Russell, Betsy Rose Ujvagi and Deondre Davis went down to Columbus last Saturday for the Ohio NextGenDems Summit (where we met up with Patty Dutcher of the UT College Dems!) and then to attend the ODP State Dinner (where UT Dems President Andrew Wettle was sighted!)
Pictures to come, but I did want to report that both events were thought-provoking, informative and well-attended. Our statewide candidates were inspiring as always, and I can’t wait to get out there and motivate people to help us move Ohio forward this election day!
NextGenDems Summit and ODP State Dinner

On Saturday, August 7, NextGenDems is teaming up with Organizing For America and College Democrats of Ohio to host the 2010 Campus Mobilization Summit. The event is FREE and will bring college leaders from across the state to Columbus to help you create goals and develop plans to organize effectively on your campus. Learn to connect with young people and inspire them to take progressive political action!
